This is John's friend, Matt and his pal, Buddy Wiser.  He came to help us with applying the fiberglass on the transom.  This job began on Sunday, March 21.

These are pics of our two heros doing the messy job of applying glass mat and the resin.  Maggie was cutting the fiberglass and mixing the chemicals - plus running and fetching!!

John applied the resin and the glass mat. Matt was real handy with the roller in making sure everything was smoothed out .

This is the work of art when the guys laid down their tools! One layer of fiberglass mat applied. What need to be finished is to even out the low spots. That takes a lot of sanding!! This is all one messy job!!  We now must decide if we need to put cloth over this.
